The patient browses curated treatment packages or submits a custom trip request to a local doctor.

Doctor reviews & confirms

The local doctor reviews the request, customises the plan, and confirms a price.

Secure payment

You and your doctor agree the price and how you will pay. Nothing is charged by us at any point.

You pay your doctor

After the trip completes, the doctor receives 90% of the booking value as a Founding Partner (100% on your first 5 bookings).

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any hidden fees for patients?
No. Patients see the full price before confirming. There are no extra booking or platform fees added on top of what you see.
When does an doctor get paid?
Directly by the patient, at the time of service. The platform never holds their money, so there is no payout to wait for. We invoice the doctor separately for commission on trips they have delivered.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and most international payment methods via our secure payment partner.
Can I negotiate a price with an doctor?
Yes. You can message any doctor directly to discuss custom packages and agree on a price before making a booking.
Do I need a license to sell knowledge guides?
No. Knowledge contributors sell information-only digital guides and tip sheets — no license is required. You publish for free, set your own price, and keep 80% of every sale. (Selling treatment consultations, transport, or bookings still requires a licensed doctor or clinic.)
